Goat cheese and "Heritage" Alicante turron salad with honey and red fruits vinaigrette
Una vez más las manos maestras de la sabiduría nos deleita con sabrosas creaciones.
Empezamos con la frescura de la huerta que nos regala el verano, acompañada de ese delicioso manjar, tan cremoso, tan mediterraneo con ese aporte ácido y sabroso; el queso de cabra.
Dejémonos el toque dulce a nosotros, nuestro aporte crujiente y aromatico, joven y mediterraneo.
Creemos Vanguardia pero respetando las raices...
Ingredients:

Mix of lettuces

Goat cheese roll (250 gr)

Red fruits jam
-
Cane honey
-
Alicante turron
Preparation:

Wash and drain the lettuces and set aside.

Peel the goat cheese and crumb it by hand in 3 cm bits aproximately.

To elaborate the vinaigrette: place in a bowl two spoons of the red fruits jam and add 2/3 of oil, 1/3 of rice vinegar, a bit of salt and a table spoon of cane honey. Whip.
Plating:
In a soup plate, put the lettuce mix. Add the cheese and break the Alicante turron in pieces of the same size. Finish the presentation with the vinaigrette.
