Toasted Bread with Smoked Salmon, Caramelised Apple, Jijona Turron Cream and Red Fruits Emulsion.
Ingredients
- Sandwich loaf
- Smoked salmon
- 1 Apple
- Sugar
- Heritage Jijona Turron Cream
- Red fruit jam
Preparation
1. Toast the bread and spread some Heritage Jijona Turron Cream.
2. Lay some apple slices and dust with sugar.
3. Burn the sugar with the help of a kitchen blowtorch, and consecutively add the smoked salmon.
4. To finish, mix and whip the jam with a bit of extra virgin olive oil, in order to add a few doplets on the top.
